With nearly 50 years of experience, CEDEP is one of the only international executive education development clubs worldwide. CEDEP brings together companies of diverse industries from all over the globe to share best practices, develop networks and work in the mutual interest of improving tomorrow’s organisations.

With over twenty members and active companies (including some of the world’s leading businesses, such as Tata, L’Oréal, BMS and Brambles), CEDEP welcomes participants to both its traditional open enrolment programmes and customised company specific programmes.

CEDEP welcomes nearly 2,000 participants each year to its beautiful campus in Fontainebleau, where leaders can take time out to reflect, review and improve their practice of management. Programmes are also held all over the world to suit CEDEP’s members’ needs, including in Canada, China, the US and Poland.

With a network of 100 visiting faculty and lecturers based all over the globe, CEDEP offers its members some of the leading thinkers in management. At biannual events, we work with members to uncover emerging themes and exchange ideas with managers in other industries.
