Markus Schwarzenböck

Markus is the strategic HR Business Partner and trusted advisor for CEO of Siemens Power& Gas (employees: 36.000, turnover: ~13bn). His role comprises of the derivation and Implementation of People Strategy from Business Strategy and he is the Global lead in HR activities. Mark is also the HR Lead of global Organizational Develoopment Program to change culture and leadership behaviors significantly as well as leading HR for the global restructuring program. Since Nov 1, 2016 Markus has taken on an additional role as Head of all Global HR Business Partners at Siemens with direct reporting line to Siemens managing board. In this role he heads up all HR Vice Presidents/Global HR Business Partners for all business divisions at Siemens.
