Lynne Rutherford

Lynne is responsible for creating a culture of learning in a global and very dispersed organisation through the development of a centre of expertise offering blended learning solutions leveraging the latest technology. She is developing leadership capability at all levels in the organisation to equip Brambles' leadership teams in an increasingly competitive and complex environment. Lynne is also building capability in our core functions including Supply Chain, Sales and Finance. Aligning all development efforts with an ever evolving business strategy.
