Kelly Iriondo

Kelly works with Mary Gober International (MGI) as an OD specialist and business psychologist to complement MGI's approach to instigating and sustaining behavioural change. Activities include establishing business and motivational targets for clients and their people, aligning client objectives with MGI's best practice model, designing training interventions, facilitating workshops at a leadership level, measuring and reporting on the impact of programmes, integrating the new behaviours and observable actions into performance management and other corporate practices.
