David MacLeodCo-Chair, Employee Engagement Task Force launched by Prime Minister 2011
Engage for Success
Engage for Success is a movement committed to the idea that there is a better way to work, a better way to enable personal growth, organisational growth and ultimately growth for Britain by releasing more of the capability and potential of people at work. Engage for Success provide evidence, case studies and points of view about how employee engagement drives performance and productivity to achieve growth, to make the case for action. The organisation support people in the workplace with practical tools and ideas they need to take action, and hope to inspire people to get involved in the Engage for Success movement by facilitating access to like minded communities, experts and leaders. David, with Nita Clarke, facilitate this important movement seeking to raise the profile of the importance of this topic and shine a light on good practice. Thousands of people are involved on a self-organising basis working with the task force, practitioners and gurus (who include consultants, academics and research houses). Nita Clarke and David MacLeod wrote the 'MacLeod Report' in 2009, which was a catalyst in setting up the task force and subsequent activities of the movement.
